- Domestication and enforcement of foreign judgments of all natures.
- Actions to set aside fraudulent conveyances or for the appointment of a receiver.
- Collection of compensatory damages (consequential and expectation) incurred due to breaches of commercial and real estate contracts.
- Post-judgment litigation and proceedings, including real and personal property executions, appeals, garnishments and judgment debtor discovery.
CONDOMINIUM AND TIMESHARE LAW
The firm also specializes in condominium and timeshare law, representing owner associations, developers and property managers, with an emphasis on the collection of annual dues and assessments.
COURTS OF LAW
The Law Offices of Richard H. Dollison, PC practice in all courts that comprise the jurisdiction of the U.S. Virgin Islands, having cases in the both Divisions of the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands (St. Thomas / St. John and St. Croix), as well as the federal court system in both divisions. The firm handles appeals to the Supreme Court of the Virgin Islands and practices in the Bankruptcy courts that sit in both federal divisions.
